March 19: Leading fashion brand Biba has recently gone back to its path of offline expansion as the brand has launched its first post-pandemic flagship store at the Ambience Mall in the Vasant Kunj region of New Delhi. The leading homegrown fashion brand previously decided to grow its offline presence but all its plans were halted amid the Covid-19 pandemic disruptions.

Even Covid-19 pandemic and economic slowdown prevail in the current times, Biba has witnessed a huge growth potential in the fashion market in the India region. Also, the brand has further plans to strengthen its retail presence by opening new stores across the country.

The latest flagship store located in Vasant Kunj spreads across 3,500 feet. Surprisingly, it will be Biba’s 290th store in the country. This special store will contain Biba’s latest collections across several segments including footwear, jewellery, apparel, face masks among other categories.

Sharing the excitement over the expansion, Siddharath Bindra, managing director at Biba, in a statement quoted, “We are delighted to launch the new store design with this flagship store in Vasant Kunj. This store has been designed by Fitch, creating unique experiences while bearing the brand’s signature in mind.”

Further, Bindra added, “It is the brand’s commitment to the Indian market that we have been able to spread our wings across the country during the pandemic. We are thankful to our customers for placing their trust and confidence in Biba, and I am quite hopeful that customers will visit the store and enjoy shopping with us.”
