December 09: After acquiring Wendell Rodricks to scale their resort wear label, Purple Style Labs has bought merchandise of Retreat N Style India Private Limited. This merchandise is also under the Wendell Rodricks only. All the designing, producing, retailing of the merchandise is now bought by the fashion brand.
Purple Style Labs is an apparel and lifestyle brand which is also in the business of technology marketing sales for their products and services. India’s top designers are brought together under one platform with the help of PSL which is a luxury fashion house.

Within the span of 2 years of its acquisition, as claimed by the brand, has grown Pernia’s Pop-Up Shop 10 times. They have their stores in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru. They also initiated its first international store in Mayfair, London in the previous year. The brands wish to create the same or bigger impact with its merger of Wendell Rodricks.
