February 25: A renowned name as a property developer Bhumika Group continues to sign fashion brands for one of its ventures for which they have leased almost 2 lakh square feet of its upcoming 1.8 million square feet mixed-use development project in Udaipur.
As reported by ET Bureau, based on its pre-pandemic nature schedule, the Urban Square development scheme of Bhumika Group is among those few projects that are of this nature in Udaipur going ahead. Recently, the development obtained a Fire NOC and partial completion. Other than this, a part of this development project will also comprise a large shopping mall.
Earlier on February 23, the brand also announced via their Facebook page about their recent additions to the mall as United Colors of Benetton and Just for Kids. The Rajasthan-based company has signed lease agreements with many clothing, lifestyle brands like Allen Solly, Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Spyker, and Funland, among a few others.

The Managing director of Bhumika Group, Uddhav Poddar was quoted as saying to ET Bureau, “We are taking all necessary actions to offer the possession of Phase I soon. All the brands signed up earlier have honoured their existing commercial terms post-Covid as it was during the agreement signing and they have confirmed that they will be taking possession as per the committed timelines.“
