March 19:<\/strong> Rajasthan saw a significant and steady recovery for its tourist footfall since the lockdown was lifted last year in June and since people started to travel under restrictions. As recently reported, Rajasthan has recorded a drop of 71 per cent tourist footfall in 2020 as compared to 2019 owing to covid spread.<\/p>\n The report also suggested that during the first 2 months in 2021, the incoming visitors has also been shrunk to 49 per cent as compared to the visitors received during the same period in 2020.<\/p>\n Further, the reports also have it that tourism in Rajasthan was nil after April and May as the state did not receive even one visitor which is the worse as compared to the 26,113 visitors who visited the state in June.<\/p>\n
