February 20: Unlike every year, the much awaited London Fashion Week began earlier on Friday on a virtual format keeping in view the coronavirus pandemic situation.

Concluding on Tuesday, this fashion show will witness 94 designers who have participated in the show who will be broadcasting the video highlights of their collection showcasing the menswear, womenswear or mixed fashions during the event. To mention, this event is now gender-neutral. More than 40,000 people marked their presence by witnessing the innovative show.

Several brands like Victoria Beckham shunned the event, however, some others like Burberry embraced this online avatar to its best. This year’s fashion week witnessed the absence of many global celebrities, but at the same time designers such as Molly Goddard from Britain, Bora Aksu from Turkey, and Simone Rocha from Ireland will be streaming their superb collection over the London Fashion Week website.
