The connecting flights are from UAE, Europe, and Qatar under air bubble arrangements of those countries.<\/p>\n<p>The passengers travelling under air bubble arrangement between India &amp; Ethiopia, Kenya, Rwanda &amp; Tanzania are allowed to travel to any country in Africa. His tweet read: \u201cNormal flight services resume with Nepal under an Air Bubble Arrangement. Indians &amp; Nepalese nationals &amp; all those having valid Indian visa (except tourist visa). OCI &amp; PIO cardholders will also be able to travel.
