November 07, Covid vaccine: Travel agents in India are now possibly witnessing an opportunity for their businesses to come back on track after months of covid lockdown. The same is now possible as the UK and Russia were finally able to initiate covid vaccines. Travel agents in the country are receiving queries from all over the world to visit these countries to take vaccinations.<\/p>\n
UK and Russia have initiated rollouts of vaccines Pfizer-BioNTech and Sputnik-V respectively against the highly contagious covid-19. The agents are also trying to set-up partnerships with the abroad hotels and hospitals to facilitate the citizens if and when the tours are introduced. A Mumbai-based travel agent is planning to launch a 3-night package for Indians wanting to travel to the UK to get vaccination benefits. As reported by PTI, the benefits are likely to begin this week.<\/p>\n
Earlier on Wednesday, the UK became the first country to have approved Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine against covid-19. The confirmation was made after their independent regulator Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency underwent a detailed analysis.<\/p>\n
