Named as <strong>Women@Dior<\/strong>, the initiative is aimed at highlighting the importance of education in the present-day scenario.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>As Dior\u2019s first female artistic director, Maria Grazia Chiuri has been favoring the idea of feminism ever since her appointment in 2016. This launch helps the females to seek guidance from the female employees of Dior, who are their mentors. And now, four years later, the brand has extended the mentorship program to<strong> online platforms<\/strong>, Women Leadership, and Sustainability. As sustainability is the most-talked topic of today&#8217;s era, Dior aims to spread the word by educating and empowering women from all walks of life.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p>\u201cThe passion for transmission, savoir-faire, and creation have always been at the heart of Dior values and culture. Today, more than ever, we must build a future that is more inclusive, more just and more responsible, by enabling younger generations\u2014regardless of gender, origin or social background\u2014to become the talents of tomorrow,\u201d reaffirmed Pietro Beccari, chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture.<\/p>\r\n<p>The program runs for a duration of year and is open to <strong>500 international students<\/strong>. It is solely based on the French fashion house\u2019s four fundamental values\u2014<strong>autonomy, inclusivity, sustainable development, and creativity<\/strong>. Furthermore, all the themes will be taught through exclusive courses taught by leading professors from some of the world\u2019s most prestigious institutions, including Central Saint Martins, London, Bocconi University, Milan, and HEC and CentraleSup\u00e9lec in Paris. On the completion of the course, the students will be put to test by creating a project that supports the empowerment of young girls: the <strong>\u201cDream for Change\u201d<\/strong> project.
