2020 witnessed a lot of change amid the global pandemic making travel miserable for the citizens. In a shocker, India has extended its international flight ban till December 2020, however, a few international flights may run under the air bubble agreements with individual countries.

Indian Directorate General of Civil Aviation earlier today tweeted about the international flight suspension order as the circular extends the validity of the government’s initial ban till December 31st, 2020. Even though some countries have relaxed the travel restrictions but some continue to keep them suspended fearing an increase of infection in the country.

At the same time, the operations might be extended further as well if the circumstances stay unstable. To help people commute internationally, India has, by far, arranged 22 travel bubble arrangements sidestep to this regulation. As per the information by the Ministry of Civil Aviation, there are 22 countries in the mentioned arrangement ranging from Afganistan and Bahrain to the United Kingdom and the United States.
