April 16: Woodland has recently forayed into the personal care segment by introducing a new range of deodorants for both, women and men. The leading footwear and performance apparel brand introduced the collection as a part of the spring and summer 2021 collection. The information is bestowed by Woodland itself.
The company entered the segment even when the Indian deodorant market is dominated by brands such as Nivea, Engage (ITC), Park Avenue (Raymond), Fogg by Vini Cosmetics and Axe (Unilever).
Other than these, many apparel brands and FMCG companies have also entered the segment such as Peter England, Marico with Set Wet and Wipro through Santoor brands.

Expressing the excitement of the brand associated with the development, Aero Club, a parent company of Woodland and Woods brands’ Managing Director Harkirat said, “We are happy to add deodorants to our product portfolio that is not only a perfect accompaniment for outdoors but are also nominally priced. Aero Group, originally found in Canada’s Quebec entered the Indian market in 1992. Prior to their entry, the parent company was exporting its leather show to the USSR and other European countries majorly.
Woodland is majorly known for its best quality products weather its adventure shoes, backpacks, performance apparel and outdoor gear. Now it is believe to take the whole deodorant industry by storm.
