April 05: In one of its first attempt, Big Bazaar would be offering a 2-hour delivery promise in metropolitan cities such as Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru. This development is ensured as Big Bazaar has a wide and extensive network of stores in every corner of the leading Indian metropolises. This also ensures that the consumers are able to shop across all prime consumption categories.
The second phase of the brand’s 2-Hour Delivery promise will be rolled out in the next 45 days in all those cities having 3 or more Big Bazaar stores. Furthermore, Big Bazaar is also aiming o extend this service to more than 150 cities that have Big Bazaar stores.
This development has given rise to opportunities of ease for the Big Bazaar consumers who can now shop for various categories such as fashion, home, kitchen, dairy products among many others; the brighter side is that every order will be delivered within 2 hours to customers’ doorstep.
One can place the order via the Big Bazaar web portal and mobile app available of Google Play and Appstore. The service will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM. The minimum order value of the service is Rs. 500 and the delivery fee is 49. However, the value of the order above Rs. 1000 will be delivered charge-free.
