Tablez, the multi-brand retail group, is all set to bring the Spanish clothing brand Desigual to India. It is aiming to launch exclusive Desigual outlets in the first quarter of 2020. The brand will cater clothing line and accessories collection for women, men and children.
The Spanish brand has already been introduced online on fashion e-commerce company Myntra. Now, as part of the deal Tablez will open six exclusive outlets across multiple metro cities in the country and later expand to Tier-II cities.
Speaking about the same Adeeb Ahamed, Managing Director, Tablez, said in a statement , “At Tablez, it gives us immense pleasure to bring the international fashion brand Desigual to India. Desigual has a huge potential in the Indian market.”
Meanwhile, commenting on the Indian market and the launch, Jordi Balsells, vice president of Asia Pacific of Desigual stated, “India is a market whose values are very similar to Desigual’s. It’s also a young market that is growing and displays great potential. We believe very strongly in India’s potential in the coming years.”
