25 January: Preparing a business to business e-commerce platform, Danish sportswear brand Hummel has partnered with Udaan for pan-India distribution of the brand’s products. This partnership will let Hummel use Udaan’s digital network in order to strengthen its reach across the Indian market which is considered to a high priority market for the sportswear brand. The digital network of Udaan would help Hummel reach every corner and every individual of the country.
Danish Thornico Group owns Hummel as the brand has marked its footprints around over 35 countries. Hummel considers India as a high priority market for its brand. The brand had strengthened its approach by partnering with various e-commerce firms in the country, but now, it has also launched its own website.
Sharing his take on the partnership, Kumar Saurabh, head of lifestyle business at Udaan quoted, “We are excited to sign an agreement with Hummel to be their exclusive pan-India distribution partner. We will use our extensive reach, tech-enabled platform, and experienced team, to cater to Hummel’s existing and prospective customers across the country.”
